After DIY went wrong, we messaged Neil for help and we soon had a swift reply to say he could come and take a look the next day. After taking the wallpaper off ourselves we had found the walls underneath were very damaged but Neil was able to put us at ease that he could fix them. He gave the rooms a good inspection and sent us a quote that same afternoon. We were lucky that Neil was able to come and fix up our rooms very quickly due to a cancellation he had. In a week, Neil managed to fix the walls completely, line and paint them to look brand new - both of the rooms look completely transformed and we couldn’t be happier. Neil took time to explain to us what he was doing and helped us through decisions we had to make. He was very considerate and professional throughout all communications and during his time decorating in the house. Neil was very covid secure and wore a mask any time he needed to be in the same room as us, always keeping distance. We felt extremely safe having Neil in the house given the circumstances.
